DocDel assists library users by obtaining the following items that are not available from the Tun Hussein Onn Sunway Library collection or inaccessible to Sunway users:
- Books (Only Staff from Sunway Education)
- Chapters of books
- Copies of articles
- Electronic articles
With DocDel, these items are sourced from the libraries and organizations both locally and from around the world.
All library members may request for the document delivery of articles. However, request of books from other libraries is available only to academic staff.

Things to Do When Making DocDel Request
Users are expected to thoroughly check the Library's resources. Proceed with your DocDel request only when the documents/books that you need cannot be found in the library collection.
Collecting Documents/Books
When your documents/books arrive, you will be notified by email to collect the item(s) from the Research & Academic Services Office in the Library, Level B1.
Conditions of Use for Items Requested through DocDel
Users of DocDel are reminded to abide by copyright terms and conditions of document use. Items supplied are to be used only for academic purpose, and reproduction of documents/books is not permitted without the permission of the copyright owners.
