There are 11 Group Project Pods on Level B1. They are open for booking by users who wish to :

  1. Collaborate on their projects
  2. Give presentations to a group
  3. Group viewing of audiovisual materials
 
Take note:
 
  1. Group Project Pods are not meant for group studying, playing games or social activities.
  2. There must be a minimum of 3 persons up to a maximum of 10 persons [for PODs 1 - 5] and maximum of 6 persons [for PODs 6 - 11].
  3. User MUST adhere to the following COVID-19 SOP guidelines when using the room:
    • 3.1 Keep your face mask on at all times. 
    • 3.2 Ensure your mask covers the mouth and nose.
  4. No food or drinks are allowed to be consumed in the Group Project Pods, except for water.
  5. Maximum period of bookings up to 2 hours per day.
  6. User may request for extension, provided that booking slots are available. Please see staff at Service Counter for assistance.
  7. Bookings can be done online via the Library Homepage at https://sunway.libcal.com/reserve/gpp.
  8. Users must show up within the first 15 minutes of the booked timeslot. If not, the bookings will be considered forfeited and may be cancelled automatically by the booking system.
  9. At the Service Counter, users are required to hand in their student/staff ID and obtain the key and remote control. Keys and remote controls must be returned at the Service Counter.
  10. Remote controls for the Smart TVs are available upon request.
